At Iseala’s Cove, every treasure is carefully packaged with love to ensure it arrives safely at your cove. Due to the delicate nature of our handcrafted pieces, extra care is taken when packing each order.

Shipping Rates & Pricing

Our shipping rates are fixed based on carrier costs, parcel weight, packaging materials, and handling.

As a small business, we charge shipping at or below the actual cost charged by Australia Post. This includes:

• Tracked shipping for domestic and international postage
• Secure packing to protect fragile items
• Handling and processing costs
  

We do not profit from shipping fees. Prices simply reflect the real cost of safely delivering your order to you. 

• Australia - $10 AUD flat rate for smaller items, $15 AUD flat rate for larger items.
• New Zealand - $45 AUD flat rate. 
• USA & Canada - $45 AUD flat rate.
• Asia - $40 AUD flat rate.
• UK & Europe - $50 AUD flat rate.

 PLEASE NOTE: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and are set by your local customs authority.

Iseala's Cove is not responsible for any customs delays, charges, or fees applied once your parcel reaches its destination country. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations prior to purchasing.

If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or refusal to accept delivery, the order will not be eligible for a full refund. We will always do our best to assist with redelivery where possible. 

Local Pick Up (Australia only)

Free local pickup or drop-off is available in Melbourne, Australia. To arrange:

• Please contact us before placing your order
• DM us on Instagram @isealascove
• A custom invoice with no shipping fee will be provided
• Pickup time and location will be arranged once payment is complete

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are lovingly packaged within 2–4 business days. Below are delivery time estimates:

• Australia: 2–8 business days.
• New Zealand: 5–10 business days.
• International: Varies by destination.
