Shipping Policy
At Iseala’s Cove, every treasure is carefully packaged with love to make sure it arrives safely to your cove.
Where We Ship
- Australia – Flat rate shipping available nationwide. Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days.

New Zealand – Small parcels (up to 1.3 kg cubic weight): $25 AUD. Larger parcels (over 1.3 kg cubic weight): $50 AUD. Estimated delivery: 8-15 business days.
Note: Our treasures are delicate and fragile, so larger protective boxes with bubble wrap and eco-friendly packing materials are used to ensure they arrive safely. This careful packaging increases the shipping cost, especially for bigger pieces.
Local Pick Up (Australia only)
- Free pickup / local drop-off by arrangement is available - Melbourne, Australia ONLY.
- Contact us via Instagram DM @isealascove or email isealascove@gmail.com BEFORE ordering.
- We’ll create a custom invoice with no shipping charge.
- Once payment is complete, we’ll arrange a safe time and location for pickup or local delivery.
International Orders
- At this stage, we DO NOT offer direct international shipping due to customs restrictions on certain shells.
- International customers can contact us directly to arrange a custom design that complies with your country’s import rules and receive a tailored shipping quote.
- Customers are responsible for any customs or duties fees on international shipments.
- Iseala's Cove is not responsible for these fees. Please check your country’s import regulations before purchasing.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are lovingly packaged within 2–4 business days.
- Australia: 2–8 business days (Standard).
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days (Standard).

All parcels include tracking so you can follow your order from our cove to yours.
Returns & Refund Policy
At Iseala's Cove, every treasure is handmade, one-of-a-kind, and carefully packaged with love to ensure it arrives safely to your cove.
Because each piece is unique, we DO NOT offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
What if an item arrives damaged?
We understand that fragile items can occasionally be damaged in transit. If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
