Create Your Own Treasure

At Iseala's Cove, most of our creations are released in limited collections, so when they're gone, they're gone. But when you’re dreaming of something truly personal, we also offer custom orders. Whether it’s for a special occasion, a gift, or simply a piece that feels specifically made for you, we’ll work with your vision to craft a seashell treasure unlike any other.

 

What You Can Customize

• Jewellery Stands: Choose a tall, vertical stack that feels sculptural or a wide, open design that showcases your shells.
• Mermaid Brushes: Select your colours, accessories, and centrepiece (seashells, a starfish, or both).

Share your favourite colours, shell types, or coral accents, and we’ll weave them into your piece!

 

How to Begin Your Custom Order

Creating your own treasure is simple:

1. Reach out via Instagram DM or email, share your vision, budget and desired timeline.
2. We'll work with you to design your piece and provide a personalised quote.
3. Once you're happy with your quote, we will send you a custom order invoice.
4. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your custom order as we will use this to source materials. 
5. The remaining balance will be due once we have completed your piece, before we ship your order from our cove to yours.

 

Timelines & Shipping

Our shells are sourced by our trusted suppliers and delivered to the cove within about one week, and your custom treasure will typically be handcrafted within 7–9 business days after, depending on demand. 

If you’d like your order completed sooner, we can offer an Express Service for an additional fee (e.g. +$40 AUD for 5–6 business days or +$60 AUD for 3–4 business days).

International orders are always welcome, we’ll work with your country’s customs laws to ensure your treasure arrives safely. 

IMPORTANT *Please note that we are unable to accommodate last-minute requests with less than 10 business days' notice, as each piece is made with utmost care and attention to detail.*

• Express service: 5–6 business days incur additional fee of +$40 AUD. 3-4 business days incur additional fee of +$60 AUD.
